I find the short lines of communication and personal attention very pleasant. Providing the spreads and ordering the albums is very clear and works easily.
When my first album arrived, I was so pleasantly surprised. The album looked beautiful with the linen cover and foil embossing, but the photos are showcased so wonderfully on the thick, sturdy pages with a beautiful matte finish.
