• The other party to the Administrator is referred to in these terms and conditions as the Visitor.

Access to and use of the website is strictly personal. The Visitor must not use this website, or the data and information provided on it, for commercial, political, or advertising purposes, or for any commercial offers, and in particular must not use it for unsolicited electronic offers.

All trademarks, images, texts, comments, illustrations, (animated) images, video footage, sounds, and all technical applications that may be used to operate the website, as well as, more generally, all elements used on this website, are protected by intellectual property rights under the law. Any reproduction, repetition, use, or adaptation, by any means whatsoever, of all or part of the content, including the technical applications, without the prior written consent of the responsible party, is strictly prohibited. If the Administrator does not take immediate action against any infringement, this cannot be construed as tacit consent or as a waiver of the right to take legal action.
