Joking, of course! We understand that ordering a photo album can raise quite a few questions. That’s why below, we do our best to answer frequently asked questions.

Before you place an order with Yellow Rebel, first design the photo album. We have created a 4-step plan containing all the information you need to create and order a photo book.
SUBMISSION SPECIFICATIONSAll albums are lay-flat bound. That means the pages lie completely flat and flow continuously. The seam is almost invisible. Perfect for laying out photos across the entire spread.
Please allow for a delivery time of 3-4 weeks, as we produce everything to order*.
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your Track & Trace code, so you can track your package.
We experience a peak period from mid-November through the first week of January. Delivery time then increases to 5-6 weeks.
Have you unexpectedly changed your mind (we hope not) and still want to cancel your order? You can still do so within 24 hours. After that, the costs incurred up to that point will be charged.
*As long as the correct dimensions are provided and the files reach us on time. But that makes sense, right?
ORDER PHOTO ALBUMNo worries, we’ve got you! It is possible to shorten the delivery time to 9 working days. However, we will charge an additional fee: €40 per product.
Paying for your order can be done directly via iDeal or Bankcontact.
The shipping costs are for you, as the buyer: €15,00 per parcel for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany excl. VAT.
We deliver throughout Europe.
Absolutely! During checkout, you can enter an alternative delivery address. Invoices are not included, only a packing slip.
Absolutely! At checkout, you can enter your customer's address. No invoice is ever included in the package.
At Yellow Rebel, we like to keep things simple, so after placing your order you’ll receive the invoice and payment option right away. So please place all your orders in one go (with the same delivery address), as this saves you shipping costs on the invoice. Hooray!
Good question, and it makes sense too: you want to make the best choice for your order. So you can definitely request some samples! We have standard colour swatches containing all physical materials. You can order a box with up to 20 materials in your favourite colours in a luxury box. It's your choice!

Did you know that our packing team has ninja-like skills to pack your order as carefully as possible? This also takes a lot of time and material costs, hence our minimum order value of €20,-.
Given the nature of our products (custom-made and personalized), you cannot return your order. You can cancel the order within 24 hours. After that, the costs incurred up to that point will be charged.
After receiving your Yellow Rebel package, please check it carefully for any missing or damaged products. If products are missing or damaged, please contact Yellow Rebel within 24 hours. Make sure to take clear photos of any damage. Without photos, we cannot process your complaint.
Happily, Yellow Rebel is really only for professional studio photographers and photographers in training. So an order always goes through a photographer. What you can do, though, is of course drop this website by your photographer. Because who wouldn’t want a Yellow Rebel album at home?
