You can pay for your order directly via iDeal, Bankcontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Delivery time
Please allow a delivery time of 3-4 weeks*. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your Track & Trace code, so you can track your package. Haven't received your package after three weeks? Then please contact us.
We have a peak period from mid-November through the first week of January. Delivery times then increase to 5-6 weeks.
*Provided the correct dimensions are supplied and the files reach us on time. But that makes sense, right?
Minimum order amount
Did you know our packing team has ninja-like skills to package your order as carefully as possible? This also takes a lot of time and material costs, hence our minimum order amount of €20,-.
Return policy.
Given the nature of our products (custom-made and personalized), you cannot return your order. Cancelling the order is possible within 24 hours. After that, the costs incurred at that time will be charged.
After receiving your Yellow Rebel package, please check it carefully for any missing or damaged products. In the case of missing or damaged products, please contact Yellow Rebel within 24 hours.
Make sure you take clear photos of any damage, as well as of the shipping box. Without photos, we cannot process your complaint.
If we ask you to return the album for repair, you will receive a return label. It is important to pack the album properly, in the same way you received it. Do NOT send storage boxes back if this is not necessary. Albums that arrive back to us with defects due to careless packaging are at your own expense.
