Set Up a Pixieset Store with Yellow Rebel as Fulfillment (Complete Guide)
Your galleries are already in Pixieset. Your customers scroll, heart, share… and then what? With a Pixieset store, you can sell albums and prints directly from your gallery. And with Yellow Rebel handling fulfillment, your customer receives a luxury lay-flat album delivered to their home, without you having to pack a single box.
Why Pixieset + Yellow Rebel?
Pixieset automatically works with print labs like WHCC, Miller's, and Loxley Colour. Useful, but those aren't your albums. With self fulfillment sell exactly the products you want, at your price. We ship directly to your customer, without an invoice in the package.
Set up your Pixieset store, step by step
1. Turn on your store
Go to Store > Settings and set Global Store Status on.
Create a price sheet
Go to Store > Products > Add Price Sheet and choose Self Fulfillment. Are you already using an automatic price sheet? Then you can also add our products to it as Self Fulfilled Item.
3. Add your products
Click on + Add Product > Self Fulfilled Item. Think of a Photo album classic`, a Mini album or a set harmonica booklets. Enter the shipping costs in the field Extra Shipping. For us, that is €15 (excl. VAT) within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France.
4. Link your payment method
Connect your payment provider in the store settings so your customer can check out directly.
5. Link your price sheet to your galleries
You do that per gallery via Settings > Store, or all at once via ••• > Assign to All Collections.
Tip: Make a price sheet per shoot type. Wedding: wedding album, parent album and prints. Newborn: mini album, accordion booklets and a photo box.
How to order from us
- Your customer orders and pays in Pixieset.
- You download the selected photos in high resolution.
- It’s for an album? Then you design the spreads and deliver them according to our Delivery specifications.
- You place an order in our webshop and enter your customer's address during checkout.
- We make it and send it directly to your customer.
Have you placed multiple orders to the same address? Order them at the same time, and you'll only pay shipping costs once.
Set the delivery time in your store
The standard delivery time is 3–4 weeks. Between mid-November and early January, it is 5–6 weeks. In a hurry? With express delivery, you’ll have it within 9 business days, for €40 per product. Put the delivery time in your product description in Pixieset, and you’ll get fewer “where is my album?” emails.
Smart prices
An album is custom work, so price it that way. Don’t charge only the purchase price, but also your design time and shipping. Work with packages, such as a wedding album with two parent albums. And show it: you get a demo album at a 30% discount, and with that you sell much more easily than with a picture on your screen.
